Cherry Creek Racquet Club
Location: Southeast Aurora, Colorado
The Cherry Creek Racquet Club consists of 91 single-family homes. Built in the late 70’s, early 80’s by Hedlund Homes, this wonderful community is located in SE Aurora just south of the Quincy Avenue and Parker Road intersection. The area is served by the Cherry Creek School district and City Council Ward V. The City Councilman is Bob Roth and he was elected in 2011. The Cherry Creel Racquet Club constructed an 8’ brick perimeter wall in 2008. The city of Aurora participated with the community to have this project completed to add to the favorable appearance of the community.
Cherry Creek Villages: North, South and On The Lake
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado
The Cherry Creek Village community consists of three distinct neighborhoods "North", "South" and "On The Lake," and all are located in Greenwood Village, Colorado. These neighborhoods are located from Yosemite to Fulton Street and from Belleview to I-225. The area was developed in the 1970’s by a variety of builders. The largest community is Cherry Creek Village North with approximately 270 single family homes. The next in size is Cherry Creek Village South with appro ximately 110 single family homes. The final section is the Cherry Creek Village On The Lake. As this community borders the Cherry Creek State Park, it commands the highest property values, and has approximately 70 single family homes. Some of the builders included: Koebel, Writer, Branch and other well-known builders. The main draw to the Cherry Creek Village neighborhoods is the Cherry Creek School Campus which is walking distance to practically every home in this sprawling community. Positioned just north of the Denver Tech Center, this is a well sought after community not only for the access to the Denver Tech Center but also because of the Greenwood Village address.
Pheasant Run & Pheasant Run South
Location: Southeast Aurora, Colorado
The Pheasant Run communities consists of 1,203 single family homes in southeast Aurora. The borders of these communities lie along the north border of Quincy Avenue, the east is Buckley Road, the south is Sagebrush Park, and the west is mostly along Smoky Hill Road. The Pheasant Run communities have Cherry Creek Schools and there are at least 4 city parks and a community swimming pool. The community was built in the late 70’s and 80’s by Johnson and Sons.
Pier Point and Pier Point Villages
Location: Southeast Aurora, Colorado
The Pier Point community was built in the late 70’s, early 80’s by Skufka-Shelton. The community is located in SE Aurora just north of the Quincy Avenue and Parker Road intersection. The area is served by the Cherry Creek School District. City Councilman Bob Roth was elected in 2011. Pier Point consists of 7 Villages. Villages 1 & 3 are patio homes. Village 2 & 5 are attached townhomes, Villages 4 & 6 are 3 story high condos, and Village 8 consists of newer attached townhomes built by Writer in the mid-1990’s.

After graduating from Nursing School in eastern Pennsylvania, Marianne decided she preferred working in an environment that took her places, allowing her involvement with clients' diverse needs in buying or selling a house. Marianne and her husband live in Aurora Colorado, near Cherry Creek Reservoir and have resided in their home for nearly 30 years. She works mostly in the Denver Metro area, but travels north and south of the metro area to meet her client’s requirements for Real Estate.

Other than being a licensed Real Estate Broker, Licensed Residential appraiser and property manager, Marianne enjoys swimming, biking and walking. She also is involved with her community doing charity work for her church in addition to volunteering time at fundraisers through neighborhood garage/yard sales.
